Solid training program - the firm is active with staying on top of changes to the law and supporting new grads with learning the tools to help them do their job more efficiently.
Graduate, Sydney
At least two training sessions per week focusing on general business skills (e.g. business development) and practice area specific (e.g. introduction to project finance).
Graduate, Melbourne
The firm has a very comprehensive and robust training program that spans many different practice areas and geographies. Partners regularly take the time to present on their past deals and impart their legal knowledge and experience. It is truly superb. This excellence also extends to non-legal training programs, such as learning how to use firm technologies and software programs.
Graduate, Melbourne
Great training program with frequent knowledge sessions run by Associates. Team members also provide ad hoc training.
Graduate, Melbourne
We have had many training sessions to develop our industry knowledge and legal practice skills, not including the week-long (and very comprehensive) induction for graduates. There are usually one or two such sessions every week, which means you are always being taught something new.
Great graduate training program both providing an overview of the firm's practice areas and core skills as well as specific specialist topics. Also ongoing regular training tailored at mid-level lawyers that graduates are also invited to.

Lots of lunchtime trainings held by partners and senior associates which are very useful. Lots of internal resources also.
