Salary at Visy

Since I have just started with the company not long ago, I am not familiar with bonuses but the pay is rather mid entry for a new starter.

I think as a graduate I am very happy with the pay that I am receiving.

Pay is in line with market rates. Have not been in a role that is eligible for bonuses yet.

Satisfied with pay. Grad program was good, as performance based bonus was awarded and a pay rise(s). Would like to have bonuses based on performance for current role.

I wish there were more of an increase year on year and some bonuses. A lot of the pay seems to be bench-marked based vs performance based.

The company is prepared to pay above average salary for the right people and provide bonuses for exceptional work

Higher than average salary, but higher expectations too

Initial pay rate at the company is quite good, above average for a graduate position and seemingly in line with the market for other roles. Downside is the year-on-year pay increase is very hard to get anything above index while staying in the same role.

Salary is fair for the amount of work undertaken, and the conditions of work (including on call). It is also good compared to many other industries

Pay is competitive

Pay is very good as a graduate, which is reflective of the responsibility placed in you. However the pay compared to any average unskilled worker is frustrating especially considering hours worked and responsibility

The graduate salary seemed reasonably low to me, but since being promoted to a permanent role I am now satisfied with my remuneration.

I do not know all the company perks as I have only worked 3 months. However, training modules and programs appear to be a strong beneficial perk to working at Visy. I am eager to see what the company has to offer over time.

Travelling for training interstates and getting a lot of other training for relevant skillset for the job is certainly useful for my future career development.

There are discounts that we can get for travelling, health and some other services.

Free tickets to sporting events do come up.

Travel in the grad program was great experience/Gift cards given at times.

I have not received any real perks whilst working for Visy. I know that others have gotten tickets to football/soccer matches and the like. There is a list of partnerships that the company has and perks/discounts you can receive, but none have been relevant/appealing to me.
