The managers are all out in the floor with the other employees. The office managers are frequently on the floor and are always at Friday afternoon drinks with the employees.
Managers are all approachable and mentors are assigned.
Due to the size of the office, it is inevitable that managers need to work with graduates. The managers are good mentors in providing their technical knowledge, but due to limited resourcing , it is difficult to set aside time to talk with them
Manager are very accessible and can be very good teachers, however due to the workload that they are required to complete it can sometimes be difficult to sit down and work through problems with them unless their current work demand is low.
In my experience the management is always available to when you need to have a conversation. Furthermore, if you wish it, you can have a mentor outside of the traditional management style to help guide your career.
It could be better, but people are busy. They do catch ups every now and then and you can ask about stuff if you feel like it.
Managers are great
