Commitment to diversity is good across these areas. Retention and promotion needs more work but this is across the whole of the mining industry. Need to see more females in supervisor/manager roles

Recruitment of females is great, retention of females is poor. Little incentives for prospects other than FIFO or residential. No office work offered.

Scholarships via universities, traineeships and apprenticeships
Provide a program that educates people from backgrounds in a trade for few months with the possibility of full time employment upon completion.
