As an Investor Relations intern you will be able to observe and participate in a range of Mirvac's investor group activities across our integrated business model for retail, residential and commercial projects. You will be involved in several key projects and reports assisting the team to act as the filter between the business and external market, providing transparency and information to our existing and future shareholders and general public. You will assist to represent the company and act as an advocate for the company.
Key projects you will assist on include; Assisting with results presentation materials (full and half year) and Quarterly operational updates, assisting to review market commentary on the stock and monitor market forecasts of our business, assisting to answer analyst queries on the business, and analysis and verification of group reporting results. You will also coordinate investor tours of our assets and investor meeting, attend investor meetings with management and attend briefings with brokers and sales desks. You will assist in the management of ASX releases, Media releases and queries, assist in the preparation of presentations and speeches and coordinate domestic and international conferences. This will allow you to gain first-hand experience working in a team to complete demanding assignments during your time in the summer program.
You will have access to broader Group activities including the chance to contribute to a group Intern Innovation project, take part in social events, visit and learn more about our development sites and investment properties. Our mentoring program will help you be at your best and gain the most out of your time at Mirvac.
This is a full-time summer internship program designed to assist you to build your career in the Property & Construction Industry.
At the completion of your summer program a review meeting will be conducted, and you may be offered the opportunity to continue within your team in a tailored working structure (Full time, Part Time or Casual throughout 2021 and beyond). This is based upon your performance throughout the summer and dependent on business projects and workload and will be openly discussed throughout your summer program. Your continued employment beyond the program is not guaranteed, but there may be an opportunity available. This is reviewed on a case by case basis for each student participating in the program.

This role is open to Australian / New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents and international students eligible to work in Australia full time.
