To receive a graduate position you must first Clerk at the firm. This included an online interview, online test and in person interview. After the clerkship, the only thing required is a new cover letter.

Interview was very informal and conversation-style rather than formal question and answer.

The interview process involved a one-way video interview which involved answering various questions; a psycho-metric test; and a face-to-face interview. The process ended with a firm cocktail night whereby the applicants liaised with employees of the firm.

We were asked about our previous experiences, why we believed we were a good fit for landers and also why we wanted to work for this company.

I got asked questions about my work and university experiences, my hobbies, my accomplishments, my various interests in different areas of the law and general life experiences.

I was asked questions about my CV, my cover letter, my passions, my interests in certain areas of the law, my strengths and weaknesses, and why I was interested in Lander & Rogers.

Know about the firm's values, clients and work and how they interact with your own skill-set and aspirations.
