Standard corporate structure but great office culture. We have a conventional system yet it functions in a very progressive and positive manner.

My workplace prides itself on its culture. We all leave our egos at the door and work as a team. We have many work functions that members of our families attend. Through these events we really get to know our colleagues and, as a result, we genuinely feel like a team of brokers as opposed to a group of people who work together.

Adroit prides itself on their overall culture, both in the office and after hours. We regularly hold morning teas for all of the staff and hold after work drinks at least once a month. Both of these things assist in creating a positive work culture amongst employees and is definitely a contributor to the positive relationships between employees. Brokers and their assistants regularly interact with each other outside of a work environment, with hierarchy non-existent during these times.
