Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Focus on strong fundamentals, we let candidates use the online tools like Google to look up documentation related to the questions as they would normally use in a job. It goes without saying though, copying and pasting answers is discouraged.

You have to have strong CS fundamentals for anyone who wants to apply software engineer roles.

Brush up on data structures and algorithms.
Graduate, Sydney
Make sure you're very comfortable with CS fundamentals, Java (for BE) or JS (for FE), and that you're comfortable working through problems with others (that you are able to communicate your thoughts clearly and are open to ideas that your interviewers might propose).
