The company takes great steps to be as inclusive and diverse as possible. A lot of work has gone into giving women an equal opportunity to succeed in the industry based on merrit (and without feeling like a handout promotion) and by providing maternity leave that can support women to return to the workforce. Within the company there are a range of people who come from different cultures/backgrounds and the business prides itself in the ability to provide a great range of perspective from this diverse pool of people. In 2019, AGA participated in its first Gay Pride Parade, making a big public mark in advocating for inclusivity and diversity in the company.

I think the diversity has been pretty good with everyone and wanting feedback from employees, paternal leave could be increased I believe. I think Anglo does let go of problematic people who don't share values in diversity

We have teams set up that advocate for the representation and fair treatment of minorities within our company. AGAA participated in the Perth Pride Parade and is an advocate for the LGBT community. I have never heard of any issues with regards to discrimination in hiring or promotions.

A core value for AGAA is community. There are many events and programs held each year by AGAA that act as a way for less-privileged people to get access to better quality of life (through educational programs, introductions to the workforce, etc).
