Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the Open Night was the best opportunity to learn more about the company, and meet people before the assessment centres which actually made the ACs really fun and engaging. It's a tough process but worth it! The recruitment team are so engaging and really make you feel like your application is important, not just a number.

Always be yourself, ask lots of questions, talk to as many people as you can. And don't be scared of the video interview - it's not as bad as you are probably expecting! Research the company, and the streams, to know which one suits you best.

Research the company, industry and related current events. Be genuinely yourself. The case study can be overwhelming, but if you pick out the key pieces of information, deliver your presentation with a coherent structure, and have the ability to back up your recommendations - you give yourself the best chance at being successful.

Research the company and role you are applying for. Also be passionate and enthusiastic in your responses. A key criteria that AMPC tends to look for is whether a candidate in the right cultural fit - therefore it's important to ensure that your personality shines through when you're applying for your desired role.

Focus on how you completed tasks over the actual tasks themselves. Reflect on what you have learnt and how you have grown/ realised mistakes and how you have developed. Understand the company and its external environment and how you can add value
