As a graduate, you will complete a two-year program, rotating four times across the AMP Group Accounting & Finance business. Taking on meaningful work from day one, you'll be guided through a tailored training program which aims to accelerate your personal and professional development.

As an influential strategic business partner, AMP Group Accounting & Finance focuses on driving long term strategy, providing valuable advice and insights across all business functions, creating and embedding efficient and agile processes and systems, and robust governance and financial control.
The Accounting & Finance two year graduate program begins in November 2020 and provides an opportunity for graduates to complete four, six-monthly rotations across two core business areas and two elective areas. Areas include, but are not limited to:
The program provides a structured learning pathway designed to support the attainment of Accounting qualifications. Graduates will be financially supported in the completion of their CA.
