Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Ethnic minorities are very well represented in the company and the diversity is a pleasure. Women fill only 3 out of around 10 leadership team roles although at lower levels there are many women in various roles.
I'm aware there are measures of diversity at 7-Eleven but don't believe there are programs which actively seek applicants from ethnic minorities. There could be work with child care etc.
